Plastic Processing Workshop
This is where most of an office chair’s key plastic components are born—backrest frames, armrest structures and pads, seat frames, and even plastic chair bases.
We develop and maintain precision molds (one chair can require dozens), then use eco-friendly PP or nylon pellets, melted and injection-formed for consistent shape and strength.
After molding, every part is trimmed and finished to remove burrs—so assembly is cleaner and the final chair feels premium.
Optional choices (for your project):
- Raw material: PP / Nylon, with or without glass fiber reinforcement
- Color options: Standard colors or custom-matched colors
- Mold options: Shared/public molds or exclusive/patented molds
Woodworking Workshop
This workshop focuses on the hidden structure that decides long-term sitting stability—especially the inner plywood seat board.
Key processes include plywood bending/pressing, precision drilling for embedded nuts, and clean edge trimming.
We use eco-rated panels and fatigue-resistant plywood—typically 7+ layers, with thickness commonly 10–15 mm.
Hardware / Metal Parts Workshop
This is where the chair’s strength gets built—processing core metal parts like 5-star bases, backrest support frames, and armrest connectors.
Our workflow covers cutting, tube bending, stamping, welding (manual or robotic), grinding, and polishing for metal components.
We keep geometry accurate, joints strong, and finishes clean—so the chair feels solid from day one and stays that way.
Upholstery Workshop
This workshop finishes what customers feel first—the upholstery on the backrest and seat. Our team cuts, sews, and assembles with one goal: a tight, clean seat surface.
01. Cutting
Operators precision-cut materials on the cutting table—mesh, fabric cloth, or PU leather.
02. Sewing
Skilled workers sew the cut pieces of fabric or chair mesh into a set, requiring neat lines and even stitches.
03. Foam seat upholstery
Bond high-resilience foam to the inner boards, creating a “sandwich” that keeps its shape. (No needed for mesh seat pan)
04. fixing the sea pan
High hands-on assembly work—using a staple gun to secure the fabric or mesh tightly onto the plastic seat pan.
Assembly & Quality Check
This is a convergence point—every chair component (gas lift, tilting device, base, casters) and semi-finished parts (armrests, backrest, seat) is here ready to be assembled into a complete chair.
Assembly Flow
Follow standardized SOP for fast assembly and basic functional tuning, then pre-build into modules and stage for the packaging line.
Quality inspection
Before release, we check lift, tilt, and rotation functions for smooth operation.
Selected parts—or full chair samples—are sent to our lab for testing to ensure everything meets shipment standards.
Packaging & Warehouse
To protect the chair in transit—and reduce export shipping costs.
- Packaging: Reinforced corrugated cartons with protective materials like EPE foam, stretch film, and honeycomb board.
- Warehousing: Finished cartons are stacked, labeled, and staged in the warehouse—ready for container loading and shipment.
