Our Quality System
ErgoDelux Office Chair Quality Control Standard

Ergodelux factory manage quality across the full chain—raw materials, key components, incoming checks, in-line control, final inspection, and packaging verification.
The goal is simple: every chair performs the same, batch after batch.
Raw Material Quality
Office Chair Seat Material
The chair seating upholstery is the ‘Contact Layer’: the frontline of the sitting experience and the first decider of your chair’s visual impact.
High-Density Performance Foam
Checked for thickness, density (kg/m³) , indentation load deflection (ILD), and rebound resilience. It’s engineered to maintain its shape and support for a long time.
Fabric
Breathable cotton, linen, nylon, and polyester blends for long-lasting comfort, with strong abrasion resistance and color options.
Mesh
This is the heart of an ergonomic mesh chair. High elasticity that resists sagging. We verify fire retardancy, pilling resistance, and tensile strength to ensure it keeps its “snap” even after 100,000+ sitting cycles.
Metal Part Material
Verified for spec-compliant strength and thickness, plus corrosion resistance and a clean, smooth surface finish.
Plastic Pellets
We only use non-toxic, high-grade plastic pellets. No “recycled” mystery meat that turns brittle. You get superior impact resistance and parts that won’t snap under pressure.
FSC-Certified Plywood
Sustainable and stable. Our wood cores are high-grade, warp-resistant, and climate-tested to handle humidity shifts without cracking or off-gassing.
Semi-Finished Product Inspection
Before final assembly, we inspect and test every semi-finished module—both in-house parts and outsourced components—so problems are stopped at the source, not discovered at the end.
In-house parts
Every injection-molded part—from the backrest skeleton to the armrest supports—is scrutinized under high-intensity lighting.
- Appearance check: uniform surface, no color difference, no flash/burrs, no sharp edges.
- Structure validation: key stress points pass strength testing and fatigue testing to ensure long-term durability.
Purchased Chair Components
We don’t build every screw and spring. For outsourced “moving parts,” we only partner with Tier-1 suppliers who speak the language of BIFMA X5.1.
- Performance verification by model: function and load match the target chair configuration (lift/rolling/tilt stability).
- Compliance & durability target: components are screened to meet BIFMA-level requirements and support at least a 3-year warranty expectation.

Whole Chair Testing & Reports
We pull samples for full-chair performance testing in our factory lab. It can simulate what the chair will face across a 3-year warranty in real workspace use.
We find the squeaks, the wobbles, and the weaknesses before the container leaves our dock, so your “Claims” inbox stays empty.
Verified Performance. Exclusive Design. Some chair model is supported by a full suite of BIFMA/EN-1335 reports and in-house mold patents.
If your market requires specific laboratory validation(TUV, and SGS ), we provide the paperwork to clear customs and satisfy your most demanding corporate clients.
Packaging Box Inspection
Before the first box is taped, we verify every detail. Your instruction manuals, SKU labels, and outer-carton branding are cross-checked against your specs.
We use high-protection cartons. And we follow a standardized packing process to control cost and reduce transit damage. Every new office chair packaging solution undergoes a rigorous Drop Test.
